Dr. Nelson is the owner of the Marietta Hearing Center.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and her Master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and Audiology in December, 2009. Dr. Nelson has been a practicing audiologist since 1986 and has been in the Marietta area since 1999.  Having worked in a number of medical settings, she approaches patient care with experience, knowledge and compassion.  Dr. Nelson is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the Georgia Academy of Audiology. She lives with her husband and two dogs in Kennesaw and has two children in college.  Dr. Nelson enjoys reading, exercise and church activities.
	Mary Reitz is our patient care coordinator. She is here to answer your questions and create a pleasant patient atmosphere during your visit.  Mary has many years of experience scheduling and assisting patients with their individual needs.
